Shipping and Delivery

What are the standard shipping times?
On average, items ship out of our warehouse within 1-3 business days — unless otherwise posted on the product page.

What are the standard delivery times?
Once your item has been shipped, you should receive it within 10-14 business days. However, due to COVID-19, shipping times are subject to change.

What types of delivery are available?
Due to COVID-19 related government restrictions, curbside and threshold delivery are currently the only delivery options available.

What is Threshold Delivery?
Threshold delivery means that we will deliver your item just outside the front doorway of your home. If you live in an apartment complex or a condo, your item will be brought into the first door of the address, or the lobby of your apartment or condo. If stairs are required to access your residence, your item will be delivered at the bottom of the stairs.

Is White Glove Assembly available?
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19-related government restrictions, our white-glove assembly is on hold until further notice. However, your item comes equipped with detailed assembly instructions. Assembly usually takes 60-to-90 minutes.

Yes. Your item comes equipped with detailed assembly instructions. Assembly usually takes 60-to-90 minutes.

Where are the assembly instructions for my machine?
Assembly instructions and assembly videos — where applicable — can be found under “Performance Specs” towards the bottom of each product’s description page on the NordicTrack website.

Returns

What is NordicTrack’s return policy?
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your new equipment , you can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. Due to the size and weight of our products, NordicTrack doesn’t offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your product. Returns will include a return shipping charge of $250. Returning your product may incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or accidents. If your equipment is missing parts when the return is received, you may be charged a restocking fee. NordicTrack reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product and either grant or deny a refund.
